How DO I sign up to receive the offers?
Use the DailyOffertunity home page and fill in the information requested under “Join our Community”.
Do I get anything if I refer a friend?
Yes, a great deal of gratitude from your friend! We are firm believers that “…whoever sows generously will also reap generously.” (2 Cor. 9:6)
When will DailyOffertunity be in my community?
We are expanding rapidly and are having to prioritize when we will be available in certain areas. Please contact us with your preference and we promise to seriously consider your request for a specific location or community. In the interim, please sign up and join the DailyOffertunity community membership and we will let you know the moment we begin offering discounted promotions in your area.
How do I choose a ministry?
You select a ministry when completing a purchase (see How to DO It). DailyOffertunity will always make a donation in the amount of 10% of our proceeds from each and every sale.
What DO I DO to locate the offers available in my area?
To identify the offer within your community, just click on your community located on the home page or any of the pages where offers are found.
DO I have to choose the offer closest to me and within my community?
No. There is nothing to preclude you from selecting any number of offers and in any location you prefer.
What if my business is interested in participating in some manner on the DailyOffertunity website?
Depending on the type of business and purpose, you may want to explore the “Feature Your Business,” “Feature Your Ministry”, “Featured Contributors”, or the “GoldenOffertunity“ program You may find your business qualifies for one or more of the unique opportunities we offer. The best method when considering the appropriate course of action may simply be to contact us. We will ensure you receive a prompt reply to each and every inquiry.
What type of payment DO you accept when I purchase an offer?
Payment is completed at the time of purchase using an eCheck, credit or debit card, or your PayPal account. Payment instructions are simple to follow and are given at the time of checkout.
What are your policies for returns or cancellations?
All sales made through DailyOffertunity are final. However, if you have any concerns, you may email us anytime for an immediate and prompt response. Please direct any issues to our Customer Service Department and we will address them promptly and with the intent of resolving them to your complete satisfaction.
What happens once my purchase is complete?
You will receive an email confirming your purchase and for use as your receipt. You will also find your voucher immediately available within “My Account” and can use it to immediately redeem your purchase with the local merchant.
Can I combine the offer with other specials?
Because of the substantially deep discounts offered on this website, it is extremely rare for the merchant to allow you to combine your voucher with other specials or offers.
Are vouchers transferable?
Definitely. However, some merchants may require you to know the name of the individual having purchased the voucher for you. It is always a good idea to to be prepared to present the purchaser’s name to the merchant at the time of redemption.
What if I want to purchase an offer for a business associate or client?
Purchases made through DailyOffertunity may be used for any number of reasons including awards, gifts or even incentives for business associates and clients. Your purchases are tax deductible for the amount paid if used for the purpose of conducting business.
Who do I contact if there is a question about a product or service after a purchase?
In most cases, you should contact the merchant directly for the product or service you have purchased. The merchant’s contact information appears on the voucher and on our website the day the offer was presented.
Is my credit or debit card information safe with DailyOffertunity?
Absolutely! The information you provide is processed over a secure connection and encrypted by Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the most secure ecommerce transaction technology available. Also, please take notice of several security icons earned through rigorous audits and testing. In addition, we are a Certified Secure Site which means our website has been authenticated by PayPal. Furthermore, no credit/debit card information is ever stored on our servers. Your credit/debit card information is never shared with a third party, including merchants represented on this website. Is my email address safe with DailyOffertunity?
Yes. It is our solemn promise to never sell any of your personal information, including your email address…and we answer to a higher power than most:)
Why am I not receiving emails from you even though I requested them?
Could be one of a couple of things. First, check your Junk/Spam folder and be sure to add DailyOffertunity to your Safe Senders list. It is also possible the email address entered was incorrect. Feel free to re-enter your email address…..it’s always good to hear from you!
DO the vouchers I receive from each purchase ever expire?
Yes. Each voucher contains a unique expiration date. The expiration date is also available on our website with the offer details. Recognize, however, some states have very specific laws governing expiration dates. We suggest you become familiar with the details surrounding this issue in your state. Some expiration dates may not be valid.
May I purchase more than one of the same offer?
Yes, as long as the merchant permits multiple purchases. This information will be posted on our website with the offer details. Most merchants permit multiple purchases but will restrict usage to one voucher per order or visit (or table, etc.).
May I use a single voucher on more than one visit to the merchant?
No. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, your voucher is good for one visit only. There is never change or credit given for any unused portion unless specifically noted at the time of the offer and on the voucher.
When may I use the voucher?
Vouchers may be used immediately upon purchase. Again, each state may have specific laws governing these type of vouchers. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the restrictions within your state. Some expiration dates on the voucher may not be valid and may actually run in perpetuity.
What if the merchant offering the product or service goes out of business after I have made a purchase?
In the unlikely event this occurs, call or email our Customer Service Department and we will work diligently to resolve the issue including a possible refund for the purchase amount. Our primary goal in any situation is to find an equitable solution that will ensure your continued satisfaction, faith and loyalty.
What if a merchant won’t accept my voucher?
If a merchant refuses to honor your valid and unexpired voucher, please contact our Customer Service Department at once. We will contact the merchant and work diligently to rectify the situation.
What DO I DO if my credit/debit card is declined?
Please check the information entered for accuracy. If you prefer, you can always contact our Customer Service Department for assistance in resolving the issue or determining another method of payment.
DO I need identification when I redeem my voucher.
No. Purchase information about all offers is continually updated and is immediately available to the merchant to avoid fraud and ensure effortless redemption of your voucher.
What if I don’t use my voucher by the expiration date?
You may lose the promotional value of the voucher but still be able to redeem it for the price you paid. Again, each state has specific laws governing situations like this which usually favor the consumer.
Is tax or gratuity included in the purchase price of the offer?
The voucher can not be applied toward gratuity or tax, and is usually noted within the “Fine Print” section of the offer information. Tax is usually based on the retail price of the product or service provided. It is also good etiquette to calculate your gratuity on the retail price as well.
How DO I know how much time is left to purchase a particular offer?
Refer to our special timer appearing with each offer. The amount of time remaining represents the time allowed to purchase the offer. However, the remaining time allowed to purchase the offer is NOT related to the actual expiration date of the voucher.
What should I DO if I receive my confirmation email but can’t print my voucher?
We ensure each voucher is available to print as many times as you wish since each has an unique identification number and can only be used once. If for any reason you encounter an issue accessing and printing your voucher, however, please contact our Customer Service Department.
